ICAI — Ipcc exam

my name is Anish Kumar Jha and i registered myself for IPCC Nov. exam
through online mode and made the payment also. after that i sent the
form to the Mumbai ICAI office. on 10th of February with the speed post id EG[protected]IN. but till now i have
not received any of the information related to that. i.e no
registration no. no study material nothing.
i have not got any mail or sms on my mobile confirming this.
And when today i called there they are saying that we have not received
any of your document regarding to this. i have sent my bonafide
certificate 10th certificate and the print out of the form with ACKD no.

how it can be possible when the speed post is showing delivered and the
mumbai office is saying they have not received the form. then where does
the form has gone.

fathers name Baleshwar Jhapayment acknowledgement no. ACKD11215625.
Before this also i have sent around 5 mails for the same query but till
now no response on the mail i have called around 100 times on phone
there also no one picking the call. is this the service provided by ICAI
for the students.
