Icare — Bad behaviour by receptionist

Hello sir/mam,
Please teach your receptionist how to behave my mom came to the hospital this morning, without telling her what to do and how to go and where to go, the lady in reception told her to go home as she register her name for tomorrow's appointment. Without asking her name number she dont even know her personal how can she appoint an appointment. She try to fool my mom who is un-aware about the technology so she thinks she can fool of her, Sorry mam but you are uneducated and illiterate because she is a patient and came for a treatment not for walking in your hospital, also you are not providing us the free services we gave money for the treatment and doctor. BY THE WAY MAM THIS IS YOUR ### JOB as a receptionist to let people know what they ask for.
I demand for an action against receptionist who mistreat with my mom.
