Icare — Service warranty payment, cheating

I have made this payment out of your compulsion and persistent calls and emails and after checking the "proof of coverage” you have sent to me after payment, i am shocked to note that i have been either misled or cheated. I was under the impression that this coverage will protect my devises on any unforeseen situations like accident or theft. Unfortunately your terms seems it does not cover these and limited to internal technical issues and technical support. By paying premium price, we don’t expect any technical issues happening to our phones within 1 – 2 years of purchase. Hence, this is meaningless investments from the customer. I did not want this and what i wanted was insurance coverage for my devises for the given period.

Every time i purchase new devises from your showroom (Icare at ttk road, chennai), they take payment for insurance which covers “accidental physical and liquid damage protection plan”. I was happy with this plan and i had benefitted form the same. I was under the impression that this payment is also the same, as everything coming from icare (Ample technologies). Initially i ws not interested to renew, but after persistant calls and emails received from your banglore office (I have all proofs with me), i was forced to pay for this. Now after checking the terms and conditions, i am shocked and upset with the coverage limits and i feel i am cheated. I tried to contact your customer care several times, but no responses. Hence im writing to you.

I want to confirm whether the above mentioned payments are from ample technologies and it is the accidental physical and liquid damage protection plan that i had before or just an extension of normal service warranty extension? If your answer is the first one, then i am ready to accept else i refuse to accept and demand for cancelation of the same and refund my payments immediately.
