I have place the order by online and the payment was successfully, but order was not delivered to me and no response to my emails and call, many customer's placing orders and payment done through online after that not getting product delivery? Please take a strictly action agint them. And do invitation on this company.

Doing frude business, payment taken but not delivery the products, auto canceled the orders with out refunds....

I have made this payment out of your compulsion and persistent calls and emails and after checking the "proof of coverage” you have sent to me after payment, i am shocked to note that i have been either misled or cheated. I was under the impression that this coverage will protect my devises on any unforeseen situations like accident or theft. Unfortunately your terms seems it does not cover these and limited to internal technical issues...

I am resorting to this forum, after my attempts to call the customer care to get the details of my iphone 6 whose screen needed a repair. I submitted the device on 16th of july, 2018. I’ve been using a macbook air for last three years and one day out of the blue the device stops working.
And believing the adverisement i give it to the nearest icare centre.
After hearing some gibberish talk about how people try to get new products without any complaint.
They made me pay an amount which isn’t refundabe even if there’s a complaint on the device and told me they wouldn’t...

On 10.03.2017 i visited icare store, elements mall, bangalore for service of my iphone 6 (64 gb) vide raf: seb1207293. Phone was auto rebooting and battery charging issue. I accepted for chargeable service. And on 11.03.2017 is received a mail from icare stating ""found battery draining unusually. Restored the device with latest ios in dfu mode, still the same. Ran ast2 diagnostics found battery consumed. Device passes apple vmi and mi. Iphone...
