I have taken a pre paid connection of the high speed internet for 1 year. They have taken the payment for the whole year in advance. The purpose of purchasing the service was to use it for office purpose since we are constrained to work from home.
The service is so unreliable that the calls just get disconnected suddenly as the network goes off for no reason at all. It has been 4 months and I have hardly used the service for 4 hours in total.
So, I had to go for an alternative and buy a dongle to be able to work.
Their customer service is so unprofessional that you feel you are talking to some slum people. No one is willing to help, no one tells anything that can help you as a customer.
The technicians come for a visit after several calls. And when they do, they do not come with any equipment. You wonder if they have come to your place for a walk in the park or just to log an entry in their register as a formality. In an case, you do not get any help.
I can see there are various other complaints as well about this service . I wonder why the higher management does not intervene. Thats the reason I can feel its a FLEECE company, only interested to take the money from your pocket. Was this information helpful? |
