Icfai Business School [ibs] — Withdrawal of Admission and Refund of Enrollment Fees

I had enrolled for 2 Year MBA Classroom Programme for which the classes started on May 19, 2020. After attending the classes for 94 days, I couldn't attend classes any further because of health related issues and coinciding dates of my graduation last semester exams with MBA first semester exams. Because of this reason I requested to cancel my admission in the programme and refund the Enrollment Fees of 80, 000/- INR which was in compliance with the guidelines released by UGC on 24/09/2020. Despite of being eligible for withdrawal and refund, the registrar denied any refund over call and failed to acknowledge my mails regarding the same. Please take necessary actions. For reference, I have attached the screenshot o[censored]GC guidelines and the screenshot of payment proof.
