I have requested to close my demat account with icicidirect on december 15, 2017 at gurgaon branch. They informed me that the account will be closed within three working days, however, the same has not been closed yet. Further, i had written to [protected]@icicidirect.com along with acknowledgement receipt. However, no reply from their end.
Please help me to close the account and transfer the shares as i am unable to sell my current holding and leading to heavy loss.
Please also let me know how can i recover loss due to service negligence.
