ICICI Direct — Not refunding fee of bse registration

This is against the company that i was associate called direct bussiness catalyst with code krija357.I surrender the code and before that i paid 10000/- for bse registration in 2008.
Once cheque made for me and it was undeliver from some reason.
After i made many call to their raipur office their head name niraj mishra no.[protected].
But after so many promises money has not yet receive by me.
Poor job.
