I have paid my college fees of Rs. 2, 15, 012 today via net banking through eazypay ICICI platform but I am not sure about the transaction as the amount got debited from my account but no confirmation I received from other end at all. When I checked the transaction status on website it showed "initiated".Could you please tell me what does it mean? My details are as follows:
College Name : Prin. L. N. Welingkar Institute of Management Development & Research
Student Name: Gaurvi Gadia
Installment: 4th (Second Year)
Also could you check and confirm the receipt? Please find the attached screen shot from eazypay. Let me know in case any other detail is required. It has been a day I have mailed the customer care but no update or contact has been made yet.
