ICICI Eazypay Complaints & Reviews

I did a payment for my sister's college fee through ICICI Eazypay as it was the only given option huge amount of 79100 was deducted yet my payment is incomplete.
I need my money back as I want to pay the fee please do this as soon as possible.
The official who is required to help is not responding....

I have paid my college fees of Rs. 2, 15, 012 today via net banking through eazypay ICICI platform but I am not sure about the transaction as the amount got debited from my account but no confirmation I received from other end at all. When I checked the transaction status on website it showed "initiated".Could you please tell me what does it mean? My details are as follows:
