Icici Lombard — 21 calls in 5 minutes | |||
I was a motor insurance customer of icici lombard's for a couple of years for my bike. The said insurance expired a couple of days ago (I. E 14th october), but i had been getting enough text and verbal reminders from the company about the same from a week prior to the date of expiration. At the end of every call, the agent calling me was clearly notified that i'm not interested in renewing the policy (Reasons withheld). Yet, i was repeatedly called twice a day, to push me into purchasing a product i just didn't want. Today, on the morning of 16th october, starting 11:15 am, i have got 21 calls from them in a span of 4 minutes where the caller refuses to say anything. 21 calls of me either stopping the work i've been doing to attend/disconnect the calls made to me. When a customer has clearly conveyed ample number of times prior, why is he being called repeatedly? If there's a problem with your calling softwares, why call the same number more than twice, thrice or quadruple number of times? The number that was used to call me has been +[protected]. P.
