    I have sent the following mail to icici lombard customer care team. The most important thing is these bloody nonsense and fraud people have not published any concerned person's contact details on their website. If one is facing any issue, he/she has to go to website and file a complaint. That is the most pathetic problem of icici lombard!!

    Greetings!

    Please find the below mail for reference.

    Kindly reply on the following complaints/queries at the earliest:

    Does your team has got performance target to either delay or decline the claims?
    - why the hell do they take so much time for extending "go-ahead"?
    - at the time of enrollment - your team commit for moon (Approval within 4 hours) and in actual why do they take so long???
    - is this a way to play with a patient's critical condition?
    - who is held responsible if due to your nonsense queries - a patient meet with an adverse situation??
    - are they paid to play "query - query" game with tpa/patient??

    I have been enrolled with your i-care policy since last 2 years, and let me tell you that, first time i have approached and i got literally frustrated with the kind of services and response your team have extended!

    Let me make it very formal - my condition is very crucial. I am unable to walk for even 5 mtrs continuously. My peripheral veins are blocked and if anything goes wrong - i will claim a huge amount to icici lombard for any permanent disability i meet by chance. I was suppose to get admitted by today only and tomorrow morning my operation was planned. But, due to your # and nonsense team - i have not obtained pre-authorization approval, so far. And now, i do not know when i will get it??

    But, once i again i tell you - if anything goes wrong with my foots - icici lombard will have to pay for it. I will go to irda and complaint about it. Even i will go to media, as well. Please consider this as a formal intimation/warning from my end.

    Looking forward to your quick and positive reciprocation at the earliest.

        Last year october i lodged a insurance claim and have completed all the formalities but not received my claim amount of till date.
        Company is associated with bajaj. And icici and i have purchased my iphone insurance at the time of purchase but till date no claim is recieved, i have called 1000 times and every time they say it's processing. Fed up

          Respected sir/, madam
          I have my corporate medical claim and against it i have taken treatment and claimed my all bill for medical claim.. O have attached all of mendetary. Document which is required and mentioned in medical from.. Then also after some days they call me and told me that there is no any discharge summary, but it was on main file then also i have requested doctor to make another one.. Then again after 15 days they say me to submit medicine detail like manufacturing date expiry date and batch number.. That was also given to them with file, then after communicating they told ok.. And again then they are asking me for physiological statement of physician which was not all mentioned on claim form to submit, and if it is required they must say me at first call in one time again and again they are delaying claim and it passed 2.5 months sir /madam my claim.             I purchased a credit card from icici bank and they made it mandatory for me to purchase a health insurance policy of icici lombard, and 9933 rs was deducted from my credit card balance. I dont want to avail this policy. So kindly accept my request and cancel my health scheme.

              Dear team,
              My policy no. Is 3001/w[protected]/000/00 with name of birender singh rawat. I logged a concern on 20/09/2017 regarding correction in name from birendra to birender. I have dialled no. Lot of time and representative gave me fake promises to resolve in next few hours. Since it is my brand new car so i needed it on urgent basis to take delivery of car which was 21/09/2017. I am really very diaappointed of companies policies breached by employees which says to resolve in 24 hours but here more than 4 days passed but dont take follow up. Very upset by purchasing your insurance where other company was providing it 5k lesser than you took. Your complaint procedure on your website is also not working. What is troubling to make a small correction. Due to that i cant take out vehicle without having proper insurance. Plz stop doing mental harrasment..

                Dear sir,

                This has reference to our marine cargo policy no.2002/i/71990557/05/000, we have been sending the details to your copsmarine email id for generating the policy certificate for the import shipments. Inspite of various reminders they are not even responding to the email nor sending the certificate.

                We feel to withdraw all the policies through icici lombard due to extremely bad and cheap service. Our import shipments are held up due to this. No policies will be renewed in future from icici lombard.

                  I called for my insurance upgradation on 14/9/2017 to icici erode renault office they told me from icici they want to inspect and then only insurance should apply. I told him to make then she said tomorrow they complete process later it should finish, 15/9/17 next day evening i called when should they inspect i ask they told they will come on saturday. I ask him y it's late they told inspect people will was still work not complete they came tomorrow like that they said. I asked sure i need tomorrow. Saturday again i called what is the status they told still it was process. Very worst response they said saturday they r leave it will process on monday. Now it's tuesday still nothing happened worst service icici lombard erode...

                    I, rajendra rao having my icici lombard health care card number as[protected] and policy number as 4128i/hpr/[protected]/01/000.

                    I changed my policy from apollo health insurance to icici because of the facilities that the company provides. Unfortunately, this being wrong.

                    I'll think to renew my 3rd year with icici lombard health insurance due to the following reason.

                    I had a call today with vijaya laxmi from icici toll-free number 1800266 to discuss the maternity policy and to my surprise, i came to know i'm not covered under any maternity plan (When i opted for the policy - it was mentioned to me maternity will be covered), so the executive ms. Vijaya laxmi says you will have to inform us and provide my wife details and then wait for 3 years to get the benefit under maternity. This is absurd and baseless. Who would the hell wait for 3 years to do this?

                    My wife, jasmine kohli having same health policy as icici health insurance having card number[protected] and policy number as 4128i/ihpr/[protected]/02/000 are shocked to know both o[censored]s are not covered under maternity but were told that maternity is covered.

                    If, apollo was providing maternity to me @ rs. 3800 p year with less sum insured i was happy there but icici being a brand doing this kind of cheap thrills doesn't make any sense at all! Paying rs. 14000 p year and getting this kind of treatment is not acceptable.

                    If this is the service that you will provide, it's better we inform on all digital platform how icici health insurance cheat people. I'll take this matter to all social media channels and will make sure that you never get any clients henceforth.

                      Here are the details before i proceed with my worries :

                      6. Insurance agency : icici lombard

                      I am struggling with my bullet since it was forcefully repaired after the accident, here is the brief summary :

                      A. My younger brother met with an accident in june-17, where in the fuel tank, tool box, handle & front bumper got damaged.
                      B. I intimated the same to my insurance agency about the accident & same time i gave my bullet to service station @ sohan autoworld – faridabad (Haryana)
                      C. Surveyor visited for inspection & said that it will be repaired, i have done for others as well.’
                      D. I was clearly told by service station that we do not repair fuel tanks, we cannot guarantee about its working after repair.
                      E. Upon forcing by surveyor, it was repaired outside the station. Along with this my tool box & front bumper was also repaired & re-painted.
                      F. Since that repair my bullet is not running properly; after a run of 8-10 km engine goes off automatically & then we have to wait for 1-2 minute to re-start & ride.
                      G. The problem was again intimated to service station & surveyor. Service engineer from royal enfield says fuel tank is damaged from inside & needs to be replaced, but the insurance agent is not agreeing & not ready to pass the bill.
                      H. Again after escalating the matter to insurance company, i was told to take my bullet to another service station; where they have also not done anything & my bike was returned after 4-5 days. “the furge wall under the seat was damaged & part it not available with us; hence for time being we have disconnected it & has bypassed it, so that you can drive”
                      These are the wordings of service engineer from service station.
                      I. Day before yesterday (Sunday[protected], furge wall was replaced from another service station.

                      But; my bullet is still not running properly. Engine automatically goes off after a ride of 8-10 km. Only if you drive at 40km per hour it will keep on running, but you cannot drive faster than that. Please help me in this, my new bullet i have purchased for my daily office work, but i am struggling from last 3 months, due to this problem.

                        I renewed my policy on 21 aug, but till date[protected] i do not get telematic device. Sale person told me i will recive it with in 15 days. I complained about it in customer care but everytime they are telling they will update me after 2 days.
                        Today i called them but still no resolution. I am going to cancel this policy. Totally bad service rather i would say worst service. I will not recommend now anybody to go with icici lomard. I want total refund from this compay.

                            Hi, i have claim for damage on end of may, first there was no cashless garage for bajaj and now i have paid the whole amount but the claim is still in process, the spoc (Ashish : [protected]) for claim is not receiving the call (Switched off) i manage to get the contact number of his manager mandar ([protected]) thats also off, when the executive was selling me the policy she said its will take max 2 week to get the claim clear with icici and now its 3 months, no communication from icici side.
                            She have mention big big features of icici insurance thats why i opt for 3 yrs policy.
                            Already raise complain many time and every time i get a ref no and after some day got message that the issue is resolve, who confirmed the issue is resolved, coz that was not me you didnt communicated to me and mention that its is resolved without my confirmation

                              I shashi kant singh having honda city car reg no up 14 cp 8998 and having accident with truck and side damage caused by the mini truck and also rijght mirror got dameged. After the inspection by the surveyer front right mirror and left side damage not considering. I have given my car to axon honda ghaziabad. Please get the problem resolved immediately other wise i will be filing case in consumer court for mental harassment and compensation for the same.

                                unethical behavior of surveyor

                                My car's engine guard was washed away on 21th august, 2017 at 2.15 pm around and earlier minor damage front bumper turned into more damaged during visit to mithapur bus stand at patna due to heavy water logging and pitches in road. I made claim. Claim no. Was moto6901522.in evening i was informed that surveyor did not entertain my claims. Earlier minor damage of front bumper was also turned down by him. Resultantly more damage of bumper occurred....

                                I have received a call form icicilombart about a health insurance policy so mrs abhishek ([protected]) is brief policy benefits but i told his i am not interested in your policy and asked his don't do this process then i got a massage from icici your policy is already booked and pay one time payment so how can you do this this is not fair. This is not a right way for costumer handing. Then i am not interested in your policy. Please stop this process.

                                  After paying health insurance premium for 6 years, and this being my first case of hospitalization in my family, this was really not the type of treatment i expected from a reputed company like icici lombard. Both my husband and daughter caught dengue fever (From 22nd july to 27th july) and as the hospital was not one of their network hospital, i was asked to pay upfront and the amount will be reimbursed after discharge. Its been almost 2 months, their customer service is nothing short of appalling, pathetic and useless. They send reminders to submit the same documents over and over again and they dont reply to emails. Even after couriering the documents they have no courtesy to acknowledge it. Infact they lost my husbands documents again and asked me to resend it!! They have excluded duty doctor charges and injection (Medicine) as exclusions stating that they are not payable as per irda. None of these were informed to me at the time of premium payment or at the time of claim intimation when i exclusively asked them for exclusion list. Duty doctor fees is consultation fees and it should be legally covered. Same goes for injection medicines and services.
                                  Its been almost 2 months since i have escalated the matter many times but still there is no response to my email with the relevant details. Their call center continues to call me saying the same nonsense exclusion policy over and over again.

                                  Till date only 1 claim has been settled (Not to satisfaction, escalations pending), other one is still pending. Iam really tired of interacting with icici lombard staff. They only make one irate and provide no useful information or support. The total amount to be reimbursement for 5 days of hospital stay is < 40k, but still they harass and behave as if they need to shell out couple of lakhs to settle the claim!!

                                  Its not worth taking insurance from icici lombard.

                                    Reference icici lombard policy number 3001/[protected]/01/000 which was cancelled on 16-aug-2017 and it was intimated by icici lombard customer care through e-mail that refund amount of rs 17117/- has been processed with refund ids: [protected]. Service request no [protected]

                                    Even after repeated requests and calls it is intimated by the executives through customer care that the said amount has been refunded vide above details.

                                    I have checked both accounts (Credit card account as well as the account for which cancelled cheque was provided) but the said amount is still awaited.

                                    Please expedite the payment.

                                      I was offered cashless insurance of my two wheeler royal enfield with a lucrative offer of 3 years one time premium.

                                      Last month i had given my bike for repair claims & had the following horrible experiences: —

                                      1. The policy is not cashless at the oem service center, entire process of the insurance claim was to be filled, documented by me. Thus icici lombard has lost credibility in my opinion since in entire city of vadodara no one is offering cashless for icici, then how come they sold such product!!

                                      2. Their claim form seeks my personal details, like my salary, my wife’s salary, my house hold expenditure. Icici is fanatic to collect personal details for their other business. I crossed the entire such portion of the form & their representative was nun happy since his target was lost.

                                      3. After the initial survey the officer or oem service center does not call or communicate me about claim proposal. On my follow up with survey officer mr rajkumar chaurasia # [protected], either his phone is at home or he won’t respond.
                                      Thus no hope from icici representative at least.

                                      On my 3rd follow up with oem service center rsa executive tells me approximately only 70 % of my total expenditure has been passed by sahab & he is not picking his phone too (We still are in license raj!!) hope icici is listening.
                                      On my instructions i immediately told him to stop the entire repair of bike.

                                      4. On my 3rd success full attempt of getting in touch with icici representative, phone call recorded, he gives me surprise of exclusions of consumables, bearings, which according to him are add ons.
                                      Fair enough, when the bike was sold why were not these exclusions discussed or any icici representative present at the sale point. The insurance policy was sold to be by royal enfield sales person i. E rsa auto vadodara. How do you explain this icici lombard!!!

                                      5.in any case when the survey was done why was the customer not informed or taken in to loop for the work to be done / approved. I was shared an sms for survey & the icici representatives no was not with him ever.

                                      6. On my complaints raised at rsa & icici the work has been put on hold & both parties have said they will relook in to the matter.

                                      7. Hope mr siddharth lal & ms chanda kochar follow such frauds as their stake of business.
