[Resolved] Icici Lombard — car insurance claim payment not released more than 2 months

Sir my claim no. Is mot08625000... Claim date 8 april and and my car was repaired by 16 april and i had paid rs. 16000 to dealer and slong with payment all the documents were handed over along woth cancelled cheque. And today is 30 may yet not received my payment called many times my claim officer jaswant sharma from 1 month he is saying this week you will get the payment all time.. But this week is not coming. I have also sent him cancelled cheque again still no payment
