[Resolved] Icici Lombard — car insurance policy - not transferred. | |||
I am a regular customer of icici lombard. I bought maruti baleno in nov 2017 and insured with icici lombard. Then in nov 2018, again renewed the policy. But few days ago, my father transferred the car to me and rc got transferred. But your icici lombard agent mr. Sameeul (Working in nexa, roorkee) didn't told me proper procedure and he sent me to shakumbari automobiles, haridwar for this issue. There, a lady ask me to deposit money (More than ₹1000) and did not provide any genuine letter for this and also she said, policy will not changed. You guy's cheat a regular customer and wasting my time. So i won't renew this policy again in future and will never recommend icici lombard to anyone for sure. Worst customer service - bad agents - poor communication skills... This is icici lombard. Was this information helpful? | |||
