[Resolved] Icici Lombard — car insurance premium refund since 3 months

I have a commercial car till december 2018. I converted in to private car by december. My earlier insurance was on 9th september2019. I claimed refunded money of my earlier insurance as commercial, and took a new insurance as private car as agent guided me of icici lombard. It took almost 3months, still m not getting my refunded amount. Plz do the needful.

Further refund amount of Rs. 11, 807/- has been processed to the bimal auto agency. The credit shall reflect in 7 to 10 working days.
