[Resolved] Icici Lombard — car insurance renewal | |||||
I went for car insurance with icici lombard on last saturday (17/02/2018). I were told that i can make the payment online and as soon as i make my payment i will get my policy in mail. The agent was on call with me while i made the payment and once payment got successful i got redirected to icici lombard page showing transaction status null. But i checked with my bank, it showed payment successful to merchant. And the agent who was on call that time blabbered this and that and he said he will take a complaint. Its been threee days i made payment, they are holding my money and not taking further action. I mailed them and i called their customer care centre telling either release my money or policy. But everytime i get different service advisor and they ask me to explain the problem and i dictate like a rhyme everytime. They are holding my money and dint offer the service for which the money was paid for. Was this information helpful? | |||||
