To, ICICI Lombard Health Care Sub : Second Complain Letter After a long waiting period and unprofessional behavior, i am forced to write this email and Expecting a result now!! This is Regarding Reimbursement of the Health Care Claim which is Pending which is pending past 2 Months The Documents were received by ICICI Lombard Head Office Hyderabad On 19/10/2016 Claim Inward No.CL[protected] Claim Registered on 22/10/2016 Claim No[protected] Mail from ICICI Lombard Regarding Additional Information on 16/11/2016 Mailed Additional Information Documents to ICICI Lombard On 24/11/2016 Interaction ID[protected] Also Dr.Zaheer Abbas from ICICI Lombard visited our House regarding same On 29/11/2016 and gave a word that with 10-15 working day the claim would be clear Request for Claim Request on[protected] on Date 20/12/2016 Reply Received "Claim is Under Process within 15 working days it will be settled" NO Response after more than 15 working days First Complain Mail Sent to ICICI Lombard ([protected]@icicilombard.com, [protected]@icicilombard.com, [protected]@icicilombard.com) on 2/1/2017 Interaction ID[protected] Reply received on Email from ICICI Lombard for First Complain from Naveena Gajarla (Customer Relationship Manager) Customer Service Desk ICICI Lombard GIC Ltd. "your query is under investigation, kindly allow us 6-7 working days we are in the follow up with the verification team to process the claim on top priority." On the Same Thread mail was again sent since more than 7 working days were over and no response was obtain on 16/1/2017 Request for Claim Request on[protected] Call Center and also Priority Desk (Sneha Pardesi replied saying claim is under investigation and she'll we respone in 48 hours) on Date 16/1/2017 According to the Telephonic Conversation i was informed that "within 15 days of receiving the documents the claim shall be processed and cleared" by the employee of ICICI Lombard I have also requested claim status on Phone Line No[protected] but there was to no positive responses. In all 4 calls made to ICICI Lombard the only replied i got is till 16th January 2017 "Sir your Claim is Under Process" This is very discouraging behavior expected from such a renounced HEALTH INSURANCE COMPANY. I believe within 48 Hours there will some clarity toward this endless delay to clearing the claim.
