[Resolved]  Icici Lombard — Complaint for Rejecting My Last Reimbursement Claim

Sir/Mam,
This is to notify you that mysel[censored]pendra S Rapol requesting you that my Claim No is[protected] which is been rejected after 11 days of processment. I already asked to the ICICI Lombard customer support that If I could apply my last Reimbursement Claim, so they said to apply the claim and we will process within 14 days. So I couriered the documents as said. But after 11 days my claim is rejected. I requested you and requesting you once again please process my claim as it is my last claim, we are also poor.
I am not happy with ICICI Lombard team and never expected this from ICICI LOMBARD.
Please I request you again, please process my claim as soon as

We reviewed your concern regarding claim. Mentioned claim is rejected as bills are falling out of post hospitalization period. As per policy terms and conditions, we can pay the bills which are falling within 60 days from date of discharge. We cannot consider the claim further we presume your query for claim is being addressed.
