I given a request for transfer of bike insurance in my name also given rc copy on 17 sep but till then it is pending. I got interaction id: [protected] and then after a call. I talked with customer care what is next procedure and whatever is fee i will pay online. They told me request has been taken and within 24 hr u will get call and they will told you how to do. But till till then i just got two missed call from bombay no. When i again called customer care they told me we have called you but you did not respond. Then i told them that they just do missed call and no response. They again told u will get call, but till then no call came. This is very disappointing. Pls take action asap
