[Resolved]  ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd — Courier not dispatched and shipment lost

Courier dispatched on 18th November 2015 and the status was still in Transit mode. While calling to the concern team they are telling that the shipment was missing their end. If the customer was not responding it should come back to the delivery initiated location but the shipment was missing and lost. Please give the immediate resolution as my customer is waiting for the delivery.
