I was contacted by one of your staff (Employee id 10062) a few days and she referred my previous policy which was taken in july / august 2019 (Policy no.4111/bah/[protected]/00/000, consists of two policies and you have to pay for the health policy for 2 years with a health cover of rs.3, 00, 000 and the policy amount of around rs.25, 0000. Without referring the policy document, i believed her words and applied for the health cover, applied for the health cover for myself
Upon verification of the above policy document, i found that the above policy is only for accident cover and not for health cover. The employee has mislead me by cunning words and cheated me.
As i have already have a health cover for a higher amount, i don't require another health cover, adding to my financial burden during these testing times.
Kindly stop further processing of the health policy and cancel it at the earliest.
