[Resolved] Icici Lombard — health insurance policy 4128i/hp/[protected]/00

They force me to say yes telling me it is compulsory and mandetery as per new rule who ever take credit card they suppose to have health insurance. They also deduct 23796 amount from my credit card and force me to pay monthly emi. When today i discuss with goa branch they said no such compultion and said to complain.
Mumbai branch on 30/1/2018 they deduct from my credit card

Updated by Harish malgaonkar I want to cancell the policy and credit my amount of 23796 in my credit card account ihave complaint no [protected] verbly but they not given any written mail or SMS iwant them send me confirmation of cancellation of policy through mail

Amount will be credited to your account maximum within 7 – 10 working days.
