[Resolved] Icici Lombard — how to know insurance company not telling lie when he is selling their policy

Hii this is vinay i had this icici lombard helth insurence in the beganing when i was taking they tell me lie that we cover all the sanitary item also now i am withdrawing this polycy but i am fail to mail my neft document on their email id [protected]@icicilombard.com is their any solution by which i can get my money back i tried to mail many time on this email id but customer support team is saying we not get your mail is it possible they are telling lie to me if they are telling lie please give me some suggestion... they email me but another wrong informatiom from his customer support team at first they told me that provide us neft detail of you sum paid through the medium but now they are saying provid insurer neft detail..
