Dear sir,

With due respect, i sobhan dey state that i have done all payments against insurance (Certificate cum policy no : 3005/[protected]/00/[protected] of my new two wheeler engine number : jc71et1138956 chassis number : me4jc715kht088984 on 23.12.2017 but only zerox copy of the insurance has been received. Please sent the original copy of that insurance as soon as possible in my below mention address. Please find the attachement of insurance scan copy.
