Respected sir / madam, My 2-wheeler bike with name hero passion pro with number mh03 cc 2236 met an accident on 18 feb 2018 at eastern express highway, mumbai and bike slipped at right site. Damaged part after accident is left guard, silencer cover, backlight, handle and right site handle grip and bike kick completely bracken from engine shaft. Insurance certificate number 3005/39306732/11360 /000 find herewith attached bike insurance copy. Engine number ha10evfhm11192 chassis number mblha10bsfhm1053 2 I had raised complaint with icici lombard with claim number mot07369860, however below parts not cover under accidental damage. Kindly take up strongly with insurance company for damaged part replacement under insurance claim.
