Icici Lombard — issue not solved | |||
Dear sir, Problem is not solved, car inspection done once and they agreed to replace the key, few days later they told me visit office and provide all required documents as per the call i went to lombard office mysore and submitted all the documents. Till now i didn't get any call or information, i only called them again and asked status. Now they are saying want to inspect car again. How many times you're doing inspection. Do you i think i don't have any work to go here and there? Why you didn't tell all rules and regulations before taking policy? Executive called me many times to renew insurance why same response not there after paid money? I will not come again for inspection because its already done and provided all documents including cheque, aadhar, pan, dl, rc, insurance and claim form.
