Sir This is regarding the motor claim for Maruti Alto veh No: TN22BA2151, registered on 03/04/2014. The surveyor who had come for inspection of the vehicle did not cooperate with us regarding the estimation for a dicky door Replace and its Painting. He had taken the documents from us and has informed the customer to take the vehicle back from our Garage and leave the vehicle for painting where the surveyor feels fit.
