Icici Lombard — pathetic customer service | |||
this is inform that i have got a bike insured by icici Lombard . the bike met with an accident . i have submitted the bike at royal en field service centre . I had to paid Rs 15551 and the insurance claim which icici Lombard has provide is Rs 7122. it less than 50% even. The bike is 18 months only if you depriciate it will 25% only. i should be getting 75% of the amount i paid . i have escalated the in ms Vasundhara b vice president of service quality team followed icici Lombard escalations process its of ne use. Shivam or shubam form icici Lombard contact is it resolved not knowing what the complaint was updating he will contact me once again .The contact never happen . This a way they deal with complaint pathetic service .this the interaction id Lombard has created [protected]. still no update .even in the stating Mr a karthikeyan didn't approved tank paint . so i spoke with his manager Mr balaji he updated he will increased tank amount to Rs 1000 more but it didn't happen . i attaching the bill copy of the service which i paid to royal infield service centre Was this information helpful? | |||
