Dear Concern, I have purchased a new personal protect policy from ICICI Lombard for my father in 22nd April but I am still waiting for the policy certificate numbe.The amount is already got debited from my account.I have also made several calls to them but they are also unable to help me out.My transaction receipts image is also attached.Kindly assist me on that.
