[Resolved] Icici Lombard — policy documents (soft/physical) not sent even after 20 days of payment date | |||||
My policy is expiring on today and i made the renewal of the policy 20 days back and i havent received the document in email/physical till today. I have been calling multiple times and everytime i am listening different things like, Policy is not visible at our end due to some technical issues and will send you by eod. Someone says u have to wait 24-48 hours to get a policy document. Then who is responsible if traffic cops stop me by midnight today. Who will pay me theamount?
