Icici Lombard — Re- Claim my Mediclaim Policy No-4016/[protected]/04/000 | ||
Dear Sir, I have been associated with ICICI Lombard health care under a corporate policy for the last 9 years but for the last few years, I am facing a lot of difficulties in getting the Re-claim passed by ICICI Lombard. Because it is not necessary that where I live, all the hospitals are cashless. For the last 20 days I am making rounds of ICICI emails and phone calls regarding my re-claim of Rs. 63000/- but instead of passing my Re-claim matter, the department of ICICI Lombard is accusing me that maybe I have done fraud with their (ICICI Lombard Health Care) company. The ICICI Lombard verification team and department details are being extracted at my home, in my office, and don't know where. My house and my office are being searched by a third party of ICICI Lombard. Is this the right way for any mediclaim company if I have given all the required documents to the ICICI Lombard health care department? Sir, I am being mentally harassed by the ICICI Lombard department. I am fighting for my claim for the last 20 days. Please help me Was this information helpful? | ||

Dear Sir/Madam,
It's been 24 days since the documents were sent to you but till now nothing has happened to my claim. On knowing the current status of the claim, it is showing only under process. Won't you desist from your antics? For the last several days I am suffering in the matter of claims but one is your poor and ugly department which is not passing my claim. Shame on you for troubling the customer like this. For your information, let me tell you that now I have to make another claim in relation to this case, its claim amount will also be the same, but when you delay so much in my first claim, then how will I be able to give you the second claim?
Now don't bother me so much that I take some other step. I request you to please process my re-claim of my request with immediate effect to avoid any inconvenience caused.
