[Resolved] Icici Lombard — teach your employee how to talk with the customers | |||
I want to file the complaint about the executive of icici lombard nikhil ambone. I had an accident last week and i just claimed for the policy. The owner of my bike is my father and due to some issues, it was not possible to send documents to me for the claim. And the executive of lombard i. E. Mr. Nikhil ambone scolds me for not done the verification of bike at the workshop yet. I repeatedly told him, having issues with the documents that my father is out of town right now.
