[Resolved]  ICICI Pocket — Regarding RS 100 recharge not received

Hi All, I have a recharge of RS100 from ICICI pocket wallet balance to my mobile no-[protected]. But problem the amount got debited and mean while i am not getting the recharge and i am trying to call customer care but no one is picking the call. I give the written mail to the ICICI people but no response.and i will share the screen shot. Could you please have a look into this matter and give me a valuable solution, as this is matter of trust that customer having towards any online wallet side. Thanks, Snehasish
