Hi Sir/Madam,
I am snehasish let u know that 13 may from my account 75 got debited for two times but i got only one time recharge in my mobile no.
I also gave the complaint to the ICICI people but they are just taking time not doing anything.
Below are the some attachment.
Please look into this matter and solve this issue.

Hi All,
I have a recharge of RS100 from ICICI pocket wallet balance to my mobile no-[protected].
But problem the amount got debited and mean while i am not getting the recharge and i am trying to call customer care but no one is picking the call.
I give the written mail to the ICICI people but no response.and i will share the screen shot.
