Hi,
I had made a redemption request for a mutual fund investment I made earlier. The redemption request was made in Jun'14 end. The company had incorrect details about my bank account updated in their system, inspite if me giving them a cancelled cheque at the time of opening the account. I called up customer care and convinced them to send me a cheque. They sent the cheque, however they again printed the incorrect account number in the cheque. I have made several follow ups since then, but still I have not yet received the money. Request you to please help me in recovering the amount as well as extra charges for facing so much harassment.
