As the bond has reached its redemption, we have visited your Bank branch office and Investment Office for redemption of the same but no assistance has been provided to us. We have tried to contact the customer care number mentioned in the websites but no conclusive conclusion has been derived. We want your assistance for the same.

i've 5 ashirwad deep discount bond (option i) purchased in july 1996 which matured in july 2021 and the maturity value of each bond is 2 lakh. I've contacted icici bank and they were cluless and not able to guide. And i'm from guwahati and not able to trace how to redeme the following. Certificate no is 507151 to 507155.

In the past my account has always been on Bill to Bill settlement; I have never given mandate for running account settlement. Every time I redeemed a mutual fund or equity share held with ICICI Securities, the redemption/ sale proceeds have been directly credited to my linked ICICI bank account. You may verify this from earlier trades. Please advise why the mode of settlement...

I had a 3 in 1 trading account with ICICI for 10 years. I became an NRI and had to open a new account. All old equity and MFs were supposed to be transferred into this new account. ICICI could not transfer the MFs and FDs due to some stupid system they have. Despite calling daily, it took 3 years before I could resolve this matter and had to physcially transfer all the Mfs from DEMAT form to physical. Because this requires immense amount...

I am able to login to my ICICI Direct account, but I'm unable to view my Demat Holdings web page. It reflects "Technical Error Code: 130" The system advises me to send an email to [protected]@icicidirect.com

Multiple emails have failed to elicit any response. As I'm unable to view my Stock Listings, I'm unable to trade.

What is Technical Error Code:130. Please can anyone assist?

Will thee be a big difference between DOP and Jan 31 '18 cut off date for LTCG.

Also, this stock was purchased morethan 16 years ago.

Hope the tax issue will not make much complication.

Pl. proceed to credit the proceeds to the acct given asap./ Cancelled cheque.

Dont issue Draft or cheque as it is a time consuming process for me to

Assam Sales Corporation - agent : Reliance Industries Limited (Textile Division). No. Of bond - one (each) and distinctive no as provided in the attachments. As mentioned in the bond that all communications should send to icici infotech services limited, unit : icici only vimal vaatsalya bonds, maratha mandir annex. I have contacted the ICICI bank branch regarding this, but they have not replied satisfactorily.
Well in this situation it has become difficult to redeem my three bonds money a total sum of Rs 3000. I would like to know how I can get my money back.
Request to recover my hard earned money. Please do the needful as soon as possible.
