Hi. Please be wise, do not make the same mistake I had made in the past, I was a victim of investment scam, I saw a glamorous review showering praises and marketing an investment firm, I reached out to them on what their contracts are, and I invested $29, 000, which I was promised to get my first 15% profit in weeks, when it’s time to get my profits, I got to know the company was bogus, they kept asking me to invest more and I ran out of patience then requested to have my money back, they refused to answer nor refund my funds, not until a friend of mine introduced me to CSP, so I reached out and after tabling my complaints, they were swift to action and I got back my funds with the due profit. I am able to login to my ICICI Direct account, but I'm unable to view my Demat Holdings web page. It reflects "Technical Error Code: 130" The system advises me to send an email to [protected]@icicidirect.com

Multiple emails have failed to elicit any response. As I'm unable to view my Stock Listings, I'm unable to trade.

What is Technical Error Code:130. Please can anyone assist?

Will thee be a big difference between DOP and Jan 31 '18 cut off date for LTCG.

Also, this stock was purchased morethan 16 years ago.

Hope the tax issue will not make much complication.

As the bond is in material form, we have the possession of a bond certificate. As the bond has reached its redemption, we have visited your Bank branch office and Investment Office for redemption of the same but no assistance has been provided to us. We have tried to contact the customer care number mentioned in the websites but no conclusive conclusion has been derived. We want your assistance for the same.

As mentioned in the bond that all communications should send to icici infotech services limited, unit : icici only vimal vaatsalya bonds, maratha mandir annex. I have contacted the ICICI bank branch regarding this, but they have not replied satisfactorily.
Well in this situation it has become difficult to redeem my three bonds money a total sum of Rs 3000. I would like to know how I can get my money back.

I sold FDC Limited shares from my ICICI Direct account -

These shares were held by me originally in paper format and were converted to DEMAT with HDFC securities, and later transferred to ICICI Securities. During the period of holding the Company has issued bonus shares and had also split the face value of the shares so I have lost track of the purchase value of the shares. ICICI has also not issued me a TDS calculation sheet which is needed for my CA to issue form 15 CA/CB. So, I am also unable to transfer the part funds that were credited to my account.

I therefore requested the customer service rep at ICICI Securities to assess the long term capital gains on this transaction by using the market value as on 31st January 2018 as per IT provisions. I have provided the holding statement as on 31st January 2018 from HDFC Securities to ICICI Securities to support my claim that these shares have been held in my account as on that date. I have also provided the transaction statement from HDFC Securities covering the period from inception of the account to the date the shares were transferred to ICICI Securities to prove that there was no purchase of shares during that period.

In spite of providing all the documents and clarifications this matter has not been resolved by ICICI Securities till date, and all I am getting from their customer service is apologies and service request numbers (SR[protected]; SR[protected] and SR[protected] to list a few)

I have informed ICICI Securities several times that I need to remit these funds to my US account to meet some urgent financial needs. I have also written to their escalation email '[protected]@icicidirect.com', but unfortunately this matter is still unresolved

Any assistance that you can provide to get this matter resolved asap as per the IT guidelines will be highly appreciated

kindly note the above ashirwad deep discount bonds of icici were purchased and deposited by my late brother mr stephen pascoal dias who expired on 10th august 2013 and i was a patient on medical grounds due to schizophrenia and hence the delay. On enquiry of the redemption of the said bonds with the broker based at bandra he was relunctant to reply saying that the payment might have been done if it is done then my own bank passbook or the bank should have shown me about the transactions which for your kind information is not hence i therefore request you to kindly sought out the matter on immediate basis and take a
legal action on such brokers like kkp financial consultants (kishor keshavlal patel) who are menace and cheating the society at large only maintaining the business community.

[protected] long back but unfortunately it was transferred to another broker on 20th july . But latter on I complain to that broker they transferred it back to ICICI securities as per L&T statement dated 30th August . So I request you to Mapp it in my portfolio .
