I have made 3 MF orders on July 14th and these transactions were rejected on 22nd July and till date (Aug 12th), I have not received the amount back to my DEMAT account. This is a sum of money over 10L and as a customer I cannot wait to get the refund. It needs to be resolved at the earliest

    Dear sir,
    I am a user of ICICI Direct and despite paying hefty brokerages and sending repeated requests to their customer care and help desk they have not been sending the Weekly Market Equity Pulse which is the only item of any worth but instead they they keep bombarding me with their ads.

        Dear Team

        Money was deducted from ICICI Bank account that was linked to my ICICI Securities under the name charges for ICICI Securities account, none of this was approved by me .

        It was directly deducted from my account.

        The amounts were deducted on 26sep'21 and 21Oct'21 form my bank account as DP Charges .

        MY ICICI Securities Account Number is INXXXXX31.

        I was never informed of these charges and these charges were not approved .
        The amounts deducted were Rs. 826 and 1026

        Would request you to return the money to my bank account.

          This is really horrible, whenever I went to change or renewed the plans, it always gives error - Resource not available.

          Complaint them at highest level but nothing works as everything remains in their own domain, so until nothing comes out, they listen us like dumbs.

          Second - whenever gives them their bugs, wrong practices or wrongly implemented business logics, their relationship manager on phones will tell only one thing finally - Sir - you are right, but SYSTEM works that way, or SYSTEM does not allow, or SYSTEM does it not they...

          Now we are already Fked up with one SYSTEM, now our day to day services are also being replaced by some "SYSTEM". I asked them one simple thing - As you can not do anything, How I can reach to this SYSTEM? How I can talk to this SYSTEM?

          Answer is still awaited.

          and by letting not change plan, they EARN best brokerage in broking industry. Can anyone believe still they do charge 75 paisa, ### ###, complete ### it is.

            I'm very old customer of ICICI bank. I hold my salary account. recently i open NPS account with ICICI and while contributing fund it says KYC is pending from bank side. I'm highly disappointed by it they gave call multiple times for credit card and other stuff but when it is about my KYC for NPS i haven't got any call and my KYC is still pending. i called customer care but no help. they ask me to visit branch . but then what is the advantages of opening account online?

              Deposit to Block migration, Change of mode of settlement

              Dear Sirs

              Thanks for your response.

              In the past my account has always been on Bill to Bill settlement; I have never given mandate for running account settlement. Every time I redeemed a mutual fund or equity share held with ICICI Securities, the redemption/ sale proceeds have been directly credited to my linked ICICI bank account. You may verify this from earlier trades. Please advise why the mode of settlement...

                I received a letter no. kyc2021/bab/0050641/90233 dt 17 JAN 2022 which i got on 22 Jan 22 through which bank demands PAN, KYC details and Nomination through provided forms.
                I would like to know how we can submit the forms. Can we submit the documents through email.

                secondly we can not see the information regarding our bond or this type bond on bank website. we demand that bank should provide the information through separate column regarding such securities.

                            I am having the ICICI Direct account for the last 12-13 years. Unfortunately, I did not trade before Feb-21 but just opened the account so many years ago. But I started the trading with ICICI may be in March-21 or April-21 but sudden when I got to know that they are charging the brokerage to be around 10 times more than other brokers then I started to highlight the same with ICICI but till the time I had lost around 1.25 lacs rupees in the brokerage and I requested to ICICI for the refund whatever the excess amount they took from me. but then they just only changed my plan rather than a refund.

                            another issue is related to commodity trading- there is an option of auto square off position in case of margin shortfall but this is also the question that before squaring off the position why they don't send any msg or email in order to alert me so that I can add my margin to save the position but they never did but why send msg and notification only after square off the postion. i have raised my case with icici many time and with my RM but problem still is the same. due to this short fall issue i have lost more than 150000 rupees.

                                    I have trading account with ICICI securities, account number Trading account [protected] .They have blocked my trading account as they required me to link with AADHAR and PAN number. I tried to link and inform them to activate my account, but none of the staff or any manger is replying to my emails and phone call.
                                    I do not know what to do, they have blocked all my money in trading account and seems like that will eat up my hard earned money.
