I have opened a Demat & Trading account with ICICI Securities on[protected]. My client code is [protected]

I have been trading through this account till[protected]. When I try to login into my account, it displays an error message that my account is not activated.

I have called the customer care number [protected] and spoke to the customer care executive on[protected]. He told me that my account is temporarily disabled due to the non-submission of KYC. He advised me to send the duly filled KYC form to [protected]@icicidirect.com along with my pan card scan copy. I have done it.

On[protected], I called the customer care number again as I haven't received any response to my email. This time the executive is asking me to send the forms to [protected]@icicisecurities.com and it will take 10-15 days to get my account re-activated.

I have some shares in my portfolio and I want to sell them. As my account has been disabled, I am unable to sell them off.

How could an account be disabled after almost a month of reasoning non-submission of KYC? Without KYC how can an account be opened? Whenever I call the customer care number, I always get a misguidance and I don't understand how to sort this issue.

Please help me.

    Withdrawal form hard copy + KYC documents + cancelled cheque are posted to Customer Services Team, Turbhe office.
    The original documents are verified in the local ICICI Bank as there is no ICICI Securities branch locally.
    And also due to covid – 19 curfew in place, it is very difficult to travel to far distance places where there will be ICICI Securities office.

        I am the holder of ICICI Ashirwad Deep Discount Bond Certificate, which subject to mature on 15th July, 2021, but I don't know the procedure for the redemption of the same and I don't know whom to contact in ICICI for this redemption. Please do let me know how to do the same.

            Dear sir,
            I am deprived of operating the sec acct 80434023 due to Sign-on prob related to proper linking of my mob number [protected] by your RK Salai branch as well as my account branch at Oliver Road, due to which I brought the stock balance to ZERO.
            When I wanted to close the linked acct[protected] and transfer the balance to my main S B acct[protected], I found a "HOLD" for Rs 7901/49. I took up this matter with my Acct Exec at Oliver Road branch on 07 Jan, 2021 and he idenfied this "HOLD" is due a Lien marked by ICICI Sec, and he could not arrange for the release of this HOLD despite his several calls/follow-up with ICICI Sec RK Salai Br.
            He expressed regret and aske me to take it up directly with them. I was unhappy, but no choice-tried several times to cotact them but no one was answering or returning the calls.
            I am totally sick and tired of the inefficiency at all levels in your Sec office as well as at the bank's branch.
            Pls look into and arrange for immediate action, .

              Hi, I had taken your ICICI BAJAJ SCOOTER BOND in 2000, having certificate no 79**7, and bondholder no 00**-870. It is getting matured in 2026. I want to know the value of bond till the present date.
              Also what will be the value if i want to break the same bond in 1 month

                  Please be aware of the Idirect accounts, They are grabbing money from account and telling stories for the theft.

                  Incident:- I am holding an Idirect account (#[protected]), In my account I have done few transaction on last month, I have attached the transaction statement for your reference, For Nitin fire you have charged 35 Rs on August 26th, For the same share you have charged Rs.973.9 on the very next week transaction, I haven't give any plan change request to your team, I have called and informed your support team that I am interested in pre brokerage plan and waiting for the update from your team.

                  But your charges next week gave me a shock, Kindly revert the charges you have taken, Since I have very good experience from 2006, I have ICICI salary account and ICICI credit cards I never faced any issue till now, Hope this issue also system generated error and you will fix it ASAP.

                  AndI request you to convey the charges changes to the customer, So the trust on ICICI will not reduce.

                  Raised many tickets from September first week, No one is giving a solution.

                        I had purchased ASHIWAD DEEP DISCOUNT BONDS (Option II) in 1996 and one Bond was due for Redemption on 15 th July 2019 and another was due on 15th July 2020.

                        As I am suffering from Cervical Dystonia and Spondylitis, my movements are restricted for the last couple of years.

                        I contacted your customers care in Bangalore several times and they are ignorant about it.

                        Please let me know which branch I have to contact to get the Redemption done for the above Bonds.

                                I am a senior citezen - 69 years of age. I have a demat account with icici direct. I submitted my original paper of idfc long term infrastructure bond to get it enrolled in my demat account on sept'18 at icici securities ltd. Office, 100 ft road - no. 46 - 6 th block - first floor - koramangala - bangalore - 560095. I regret, that even after several telephonic reminders, this bond has not been listed in my demat account till today. I have reported my problem to [protected]@icicidirect.com, [protected]@icicidirect.com, [protected]@icicidirect.com on 17 aug '19, 03 sep '19, 18 sep '19, 01 oct '19, but no action has been taken to get my work done, nor they returned my original bond papers.

                                  I approached the customer service of ICICI Bank with my problem when the gentleman there said UBI will transfer once I send my papers to them. As the conversation was not reaching anywhere I suggested to that person that I will pick him up in a Taxi and take him to UBI so that he can interact with the UBI person directly. Then ICICI person said to talk to Mr. Pankaj.

                                  I called up Mr. Pankaj this morning at 9.50 and before I could narrate my story, he was interrupted by his senior’s call and so Mr. Pankaj excused himself.

                                  It is 8.30 PM and Mr. Pankaj has not had the decency/courtesy to call me back as yet.

                                  I reproduce from TOI, Mumbai today: No institution should insulate itself from improvement.

                                  It is the most decent advice.
