Having pcns of 100 issued on 17/6/1997. I have not redeemed the pcns on the respective dates mentioned in the certificate since i have misplaced it. I am giving the particular of the above and kindly inform me about how i can redeemed it and to whom it should sent.

I am having a demat account also.

    Mr. Mayank dwivedi, sr rm, mutual fund advisory had called on me several times and had assisted me in getting all the details of my investments in various mf schemes of different mf houses. He was cordial and helpful.in his last visit along with his colleague he collected application forms duly signed by me along with cancelled cheques for each mf company to help me change my existing bank account.
    Almost a month has passed and he has not given any update nor have i received any information from mf companies about change of banker. This gentleman is suddenly unreachable, he does not respond to phone calls, sms and whatsapp messages. His office as per visiting card is at midc, turbhe, navi mumbai.
    Since he has cancelled cheques in his possession, i intend to lodge police complaint as a matter of precaution,

    I am surprised by conduct of a person who represnts your company as a senior relationship manager.
    Please advise him to provide me update and return all documents immediately.

    They have activated a prime plan at rs 5310 to reduce brokerage. But it is still 20 Paisa as brokerage. Also thier mobile platform is worst in the market

      I have 4 bonds issued in may 99 with redemption date of april 2023. The emails sent to [protected]@icici and [protected]@icici... Have yielded no results. They have no clue about the bonds. My visit to branch - they stated that they couldn't trace the bonds and to give my details and to [protected]@icicibank.com... Back to square one. Can anyone guide me?

        I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1399/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

        One assist relationship number: 4926719..

        Make sure to deactivate this plan asap, if not.. I will complaint against this in consumer court. Thanks!

          I transfered 2100 rupees to sbi account on 30th june 2018.
          Amount debited from my icici account on 30th june 2018.

          For your reference
          Reference id is mmt/imps/[protected]/family/sbin021374.

          But it was not credited to payer sbi account and not refunded to my account.

          Again i sent 2000 rupees to same account on same day.
          This time 2000 rupees credited to the payer account.

          Please refund 2100 rupees to my account.

            When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]

No. Of bond - one and distinctive no.[protected]. As mentioned in the bond that all communications should send to icici infotech services limited, unit : icici only vimal vaatsalya bonds, maratha mandir annex, dr. A. R. Nair road, mumbai central, mumbai - 400008, but unfortunately when it has been redemption to said address the same has been returned by registered post on 13.02.2018 with a comment - 'left'. So you are requested to advice me further.

                        My father had a icici saving accounts. Later on, he decided to open a demat cum trading account with icici securities ltd. The account was opened in aug 2017. However, when i checked in to their portal to see the details and the account opening form which was uploaded on the portal, to my surprise i found that out of 16 places, forged signatures of my father had mother were present at 12 places. Only the acknowledgment slip and the power of attorney form which authorized icici securities to deal with his icici savings account had the original signature.

                        My father immediately visited icici securities patna branch and informed the manager about that. However, it was later found that the employee who had collected my father's document left the organisation even though a case of forgery was initiated against him.

                        Seeing no response from icici securities on this i raised a complain to sebi on 4th oct 2017. We got the first reply from mr. Rakesh seth in this matter on 6th oct 2017.

                        Our demands
                        1.) return all documents and photographs of my father, my mother and mine (As i was the nominee).
                        2.) take appropriate action against those who were a part of this fraud as the signatures have been attested by 2 other employees of icici too.
                        3.) close the account and refund the account opening charges.

                        With sebi intervention, though they have closed the account and refunded the amount, but they are not returning us our documents.

                        The documents have already been misused once and we don't trust icici securities any more and fear that they might be misused again.

                        Sebi has closed this matter from their end as though they agreed that the signatures differed, but they cannot take any action.

                        Please guide us on this.

                            I had asked to change my account type in august 2017. Until november 2017, in spite of multiple chasers, all my funds were not transferred to the new account and none of the officials i was in touch with, would provide me any details on what had happened to my funds. I have a trail of all my email correspondence with them. They have confirmed they are at fault but are not concluding the issue even though i am constantly chasing them. I expect to be compensated for the stress and mismanagement of my funds. Rakesh seth, who manages customer service, has been the worst contact point because he neither knows the case nor has shown any accountability or ownership to trying to resolve my issues. I have asked for another person in a senior role to handle this and conclude it at the earliest,

                                  I have opened a trading account with icici securities in 2010.in the first instance icici securirities need to provide and supply transfer forms at the time of opening of account, which they did not do till date. When i approached their customer care and raised the issue, they have said that no booklet was issued since opening of account and they will make a request for booklet and charge me. I disagreed with the charges being levied as it is mandatory for the depisitory participants to provide the transfer booklet free of cost at the time of opening and subsequent request is chargeable which i told them. Since they have failed to provide the booklet at the time of opening, it is their duty to provide the booklet free of cost now and how do they expect to transfer the shares? Charging my account with applicable amount +taxes is ridiculous and just looting / robing the customers (Irrespective of amount). The banks will give first 10 cheque leaves free of cost at the time of account opening and the dp is also just like that.
                                  When i wrote emails to waive the charges the customer care executive confirmed that no booklet was issued since account opening and waiver is not possible. How can this be?
                                  I advise the competent authority to look into the matter n resolve the issue and it is the sole responsibility, which is mandatory for a dp, to provide the booklet free of cost at the first instance/account opening (Which in my case the dp-icici securities failed to do) and charge subsequent requests.
                                  An early resolution of this grievance is highly appreciated.

                                  Till date I.e., 18 December 2018, even after a lapse of one year, the complaint has not been resolved. Infact, my account has been debited with the amount WITHOUT DELIVERING THE DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS BOOKLET. This is the functioning of the so called No.1 Private Sector Bank. Neither the request was honoured nor the amount debited to account was credited.

                                  Hats off to the service of ICICI Bank and in resolving the grievances of the customers.

                                    27sept 6.38pm missed call,

                                    Missed calls 28sept 9.58am
                                    I have attended the call by 28sept17 -1.17pm 2mins 25seconds and informed to one of the tellcaller than i am receiving calls from this no and informed to trai. Then i informed to update my no in do not call.
                                    She said ok.

                                    Again i'm getting missed call from same no at 28th sept 17 4:49pm.

                                    I need entire voice recording for my number on this dates and tellcaller details.

                                    Want to know who is calling me again and again after clearly informed last weeks also informed the same card protection not required.

                                    Last 15days i'm getting more torture from this number.

                                      When i am investing online through icicidirect in mutual funds of different amcs there is no options for investing in "direct type" mutual funds of different amcs. So an investor is not free to invest and when every "direct type" mutual funds yields substantial amount in the long run. Icici securities may take brokerage but can't block any one investing some funds by deliberately omitting it or allow demat account holders to directly purchase from amcs through the demat/trading account as after all the depository is here nsdl.
