I have 2 LIC policies which have matured in September 2022. The maturity amount couldn't be transferred due to difference in name between policies and bank a/c. I have been informed that since the policies have matured, name change cannot happen. I have submitted affidavits stating that the names in policies and bank a/c are of the same person on 10 October 22. It has been over two months since then, but the amount has not been credited to my a/c.
Kindly intervene for processing of the case on priority as it has been two months since I am trying to get my money back.
