I have submitted the subject policy for surrender for full value on 24th january 2017 at residency road branch (Bo 614) coming under divisional office no. Do36. I have visited the branch many times but they are not in a position since the policy is showing lapsed.in this regard i wish to inform that it is a single premium policy for plan/term 122/16/01 and the maturity falls on february 2017, Almost four months elapsed but till date they have not settled the amount. Jun 25, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved LIC of India has not taken any steps to resolve the issue. The branch is situated in residency road. Bangalore Branch code bo 614 comes under Divisional office DO2 situated in Indira nagar, bangalore. branch phone no. 22966843 and DO phone no. 22966812.
