Sir i want to inform you that i have a lic policy in cbo-2(413), kmdo-1 branch on 24.04.2023..
After complete the policy, I can not receive the original policy bond.. I visited the branch 15times..but they can not help me... So please give me my original bond as early as possible

Health insurance claim of agent for medical treatment of agent
Dear sir submitted claim 2.5 month ago in lic and i have submitted 3years ago name change request in bhusawal branch and they confirmed that ur nominee name changed . Now after 3 years they asking name confirmation from thier central office of lic which is thier own work for confirmation . No any invention o[censored]s. They are not responding to us about my health insurance claim.

I eemani.lakshmi submitted a few lines about the issue. my father had taken 3 insurance policies with lic of india. policy numbers are[protected],[protected], and[protected] respectively. my father had died because of murder. The same thing informed to lic of india, along with attested copies of fir, pir, pmr, and charge sheet also. in turn lic of india settled the basic sum assured only. Even after submitted the documents for settlement of accident benefit, they did not settle the same. The same thing i brought to the notice of crm, south central zone on 20.12.2022, they did not repond yet. As i belongs to below poverty line, i urge you please look into the matter and instruct lic of india to settle accident benefit amount immediately along with penal interest, from the date i had submitted papers to lic.

Non-payment on maturity: LIC policy numbers- 471093246 and 471093157
I have 2 LIC policies which have matured in September 2022. The maturity amount couldn't be transferred due to difference in name between policies and bank a/c. I have been informed that since the policies have matured, name change cannot happen. I have submitted affidavits stating that the names in policies and bank a/c are of the same person on 10 October 22. It has been over two months since then, but the amount has not been credited to my a/c.
Kindly intervene for processing of the case on priority as it has been two months since I am trying to get my money back.

Non issuance of my monthly pension under policy number 112781841
I have a policy no[protected] in 117 branch of lic of india which was matured on 28 march 2022, it is a pension plan no 122.I had applied for monthly pension in March 22, but till date i have not received any pension. I have contacted so many times to the claims deptt of the branch they told me that there is some error of premium which was charged to me, because of that they are unable to run the option for paying pension to me. But I would like to mentioned here that there is no issue of premium from my end. After reminding so many times they told us that they have sent feedback no.598886 on 19 Aug 22 but till date iI have not received my pension. Kindly take this action as early as possible and pay my monthly pension with intrest.please confirm me through my mail id.

मैंने मई 2021 में आपकी शाखा से 'जीवन आनंद नामक एक 25, 00, 000/- लाख की पॉलिसी ली थी जिसको पूर्ण करने हेतु मैंने आवश्यक सभी प्रपत्रों को जमा किया था तथा पॉलिसी पूर्ण करने हेतु आवश्यक सभी मेडीकल जांच को भी करवाया था, उस समय मुझे उक्त पॉलिसी की किशत[protected]+3193) बताई गई थी जो कि मेरे बजट के अनुकूल थी परन्तु अब एक वर्ष बाद उक्त पॉलिसी की किशत बढ़ाकर[protected]+GST) कर दी गई है जिसका कि एक नोटिस मुझे मार्च 2022 में मिला है। जबकि मैं दो किश्ते जमा कर चुका हूँ।
मुझे अगर गत वर्ष मई 2021 में ही यह बता दिया जाता तो मैं पॉलिसी आरंभ नहीं करता क्योंकि ये मेरे बजट के बाहर है इसमें मेरी कोई गलती नहीं है मेरा आपसे अनुरोध है कि या तो ये बढ़ी किश्त वापस ली जाए या पॉलिसी निरस्त कर मेरी राशि मुझे लौटाई जाए कृपया त्वरित कार्यवाही करने का कष्ट करें। क्योंकि मेरी तीसरी किश्त भी देय है।

I have submitted all my bank statement details and the proving documents that i haven't recieved any amount from the Lic or any source. I look forward in getting assistance qs soon as possible.

On 26/10/2021, in lic of india osmanabad, there was a policy in the name of my mother late Narmada madhusudan kudal policy no.[protected] main policy . Inspite of submitting all the required documents I haven't received the amount yet .Kindly requesting you to bring your notice to it .

LIC Offce Srinagar Unit II for settlement of the
death claim of my mother on 5th October 2021. I
was given to understand that settlement will be
completed within one month's time. Almost two have
elapsed I have not heard anything about the same.
Our family have been policy holder of LIC or years
together and we expected quick & prompt respone
however update whatsoever so far.
I have submitted the complete documents as asked by

मेरे पति ने एलआईसी से जीवन बीमा ले रखा था।जिसकी मुझे जानकारी नही थी। पति के गुजरने के कुछ समय बाद मुझे जानकारी मिली। तब मेने बीमा कम्पनी में बीमा राशि की प्राप्ति के लिए आवश्यक और मांगे गए सभी दस्ताबेजो के साथ आवेदन दीया। परंतु लगभग १०माह बिताने के बाद भी बीमा कंपनी द्वारा ना तो मुझे कोई राशि प्रदान हुई और ना ही किसी भी तरह की कोई जानकारी दी गई। मैंने दतिया मुख्य शाखा में सारे मांगे गए दस्तावेज जमा किए हैं। जहा से मेने कई बार जानकारी मांगी परंतु हर बार ये बोल दिया जाता आवेदन ग्वालियर भेज दिया है। परंतु कोई भीं जानकारी नही दी जा रही है। कृपया मेरे पति के बीमा की राशि का मुझे भुगतान कराने का कष्ट करे आपकी कृपा होगी।

Pension payment of LIC policy not yet settled
My Husband had a pension policy with policy number :XXXXXXX66 .He took this policy at CBO 5 .He expired on 2020 and I have submitted the original policy along with all other requirements on October 2020. He has given the option for giving pension for me (Nominee wife) after his death. Still now I have not received the pension

निवेदन है कि मेरे पति का देहांत COVID-19 से 28.04.2021 को हो गया था !मेरे पति स्वर्गीय गुरदयाल खन्ना ने दो पॉलिसी किसका संख्या[protected] एवं[protected] है जो HUF में ली गई थी जिसमें गुरदयाल खन्ना L.A(KARTA) थे एवं गुरुदयाल खन्ना HUF प्रपोजल थे.मैंने एलआईसी की पॉलिसी के क्लेम के पेपर जनपद शाखा आगरा में जमा किए इसमें सभी आवश्यक दस्तावेज चेक करवा कर डिपॉजिट कर दिए गए जिसका भुगतान 15 जून को NEFT द्वारा मेरे दिए गए बैंक डिटेल गुरदयाल खन्ना एचयूएफ में भेजा गया परंतु ब्रांच की तरफ से सिर्फ क्लेम नेम में एचयूएफ (HUF) लिखकर पेमेंट कर दिया गया जोकि 18 जून को वापस आ गया ! मैंने और मेरे बेटे ने शाखा से संपर्क किया तो मुझे बताया गया कि आपका NEFT नेम मिसमैच के कारण वापस आ गया है अब इसमें करेक्शन नहीं होसकता ! इसका भुगतान चेक द्वारा होगा इसकी अनुमति मैनेजर क्लेम डिविजनल ऑफिस देगा आपको
दो-तीन दिन में चेक दे दिए जाएंगे .करीब 7 दिन बाद 25.06.2021 मैंने फिर संपर्क किया तो मुझे बोला गया कि आप बैंक का लेटर लेकर आए जिसमें अकाउंट में आपका पुत्र अमन खन्ना (KARTA) हो गया हैं मैंने बैंक का लेटर पैड पर लिखवा कर दे दिया (कॉपी संगलन ) है ब्रांच में जमा कर दिया. फिर लगभग दो-तीन दिन बाद मैंने फिर जनपद शाखा से संपर्क किया मुझे बताया गया कि अभी डिविजनल ऑफिस से परमिशन नहीं आई है आप डिविजन ऑफिस जाकर मिल लो ! मैं डिविजनल ऑफिस के संबंधित अधिकारी से मिली पर कोई संतोषजनक उत्तर नहीं दिया गया बोला गया दो-तीन दिन में ब्रांच को परमिशन दे देंगे चेक बनाने की आप ब्रांच से संपर्क करें !कभी बोला जाता है चेक की परमिशन मैनेजर क्लेम देंगे कभी एमएम (M.M) देंगे कभी एसडीएम (S.D.M ) देंगे लेकिन लेकिन आज 15:06.2021 से 05.08.2021 (50 दिन ) तक मुझे चेक प्राप्त नहीं हुए डिविजनल ऑफिस द्वारा एक महिला जिसके पति की COVID-19 से जान गई है उसको चेक ना देकर तंग किया जा रहा है डिविजनल ऑफिस की क्या मंशा है चेक की परमिशन ना देने की इसकी गंभीरतापूर्वक गहराई से जांच कराई जाए एवं दोषी पाए जाने पर उचित कार्रवाई की जाए !
आपसे निवेदन है मेरे पति का क्लेम अमाउंट का चेक अभिलंब व्याज सहित देने की कृपा करें एवं जांच कमेटी द्वारा डिविजनल ऑफिस के संबंधित अधिकारी की गंभीरता पूर्वक जांच करके उचित कार्रवाई करने की कृपा करें!
निवेदन है कि मेरे पति का देहांत COVID-19 से 28.04.2021 को हो गया था !मेरे पति स्वर्गीय गुरदयाल खन्ना ने दो पॉलिसी किसका संख्या[protected] एवं[protected] है जो HUF में ली गई थी जिसमें गुरदयाल खन्ना L.A(KARTA) थे एवं गुरुदयाल खन्ना HUF प्रपोजल थे.मैंने एलआईसी की पॉलिसी के क्लेम के पेपर जनपद शाखा आगरा में जमा किए इसमें सभी आवश्यक दस्तावेज चेक करवा कर डिपॉजिट कर दिए गए जिसका भुगतान 15 जून को NEFT द्वारा मेरे दिए गए बैंक डिटेल गुरदयाल खन्ना एचयूएफ में भेजा गया परंतु ब्रांच की तरफ से सिर्फ क्लेम नेम में एचयूएफ (HUF) लिखकर पेमेंट कर दिया गया जोकि 18 जून को वापस आ गया ! मैंने और मेरे बेटे ने शाखा से संपर्क किया तो मुझे बताया गया कि आपका NEFT नेम मिसमैच के कारण वापस आ गया है अब इसमें करेक्शन नहीं होसकता ! इसका भुगतान चेक द्वारा होगा इसकी अनुमति मैनेजर क्लेम डिविजनल ऑफिस देगा आपको

Correction of wrong income shown in my form 26AS on maturity of Bima Bachat policy no256786698 pending since Nov.2020
I Am A SENIOR CITIZEN.
My Bima Bachat policy no[protected] matured on 5/11/2020 which was purchased by me 9 years back from Haridwar Branch.No Income tax liability policy told at the time of purchase.
Any how on maturity a bonus of Rs.33000/- was given to me in addition to my paid principle of Rs213930/.& TDS deducted.
As per LIC officials a TDS @ 5 percent of bonus income as per LIC order
CO/CRM/1176/23 Dtd.11/11/2019. was to be deducted.CI.8.
Instead of Rs 1650/- TDS Of Rs 4613/ was deducted.
In my form 26AS income instead of Rs33000/- is shown as Rs 123000.
Branch Manager LIC Haridwar agreed for getting necessary corrections done from LIC CA.
Same corrections were made in our policy nos.[protected]&[protected] in year 2019.
Since last 8 months I am regularly persuing Branch Manager LIC Haridwar.
But now he has clearly said that instead of repeated reminders CA CINKARA & CO. at Dehradun don't listen to him although previous corrections of 2019 was done by same CA.
Because this CA dealing with Haridwar cases does not listen to Branch Manager LIC Haridwar.
I am to file the Income tax return.
Please get the necessary corrections done at the earliest.
