Icse Board — Complaint about board exam

Dear Sir/Ma'am
I am writing this mail on behalf of many parents, to bring into your notice the concerns faced by students who are writing ICSE Board exam this academic year.
1)Why did you change the pattern all of sudden in the month of August when already students and teachers were really worried about the online classes and the performance of students?
2) Why don't you understand the trauma what students teachers and parents are going through in the last one and half year?
2)Which platform are you using to conduct the board exam in the month of November?
3)When are you planning to conduct a mock test with the app?
4)How will you know whether the app will work properly when at a time many students are trying to use the app from different parts of India?
5)Why can't you go with OMR exam like CBSE Board?
6)ICSE Board website itself shows problem on the day of result announcement when many people are trying access the portal.
7)Why are you playing with the life of students when already they have lot of stress during this corona period?
8)Strictly a mock exam must be conducted at a time to check the efficiency of the app.
Its a request don't play with the life of students .Please understand many students are seriously preparing from many months for the exam please don't demotivate them.
We as parents now regret for sending our students to ICSE Board .With lot of expectations we choose this board and please do what is needful to handle this situation. Students will continue under this board only if you handle this issue properly otherwise they will loose all their hope. This is from the general discussion happening among parents we are writing this mail. We need answer for all these questions immediately.
