since many years we are out side of country USA AUS when I was in India we buy few IDBI double money bond in the name of me my wife and my children

Tried to reset the pwd but showing error in step 1 itself pls help.Tried many times the to reset the pwd so it was sucessful so atten this issue with more priority thank you
