IDBI Bank — account freeze for kyc

Address: 410218

There was no intimation given by bank that my account is going to freeze due to kyc. Already my aadhar card and pancard details are updated. At least before freezing the account bank official need to send any kind information. All my emi - ecs is going to returned. This is not a way to harass the customer. My customer id 3621506 hold a salary account in vashi branch navi mumbai. Really a pathetic bank. Even the bank employee are not polite giving wag answers to the questions.
