Me & my wife both having account with idbi bank. Its very frequent that when i try to login to any of our account, it gives error like - "input data error".

I am really frustrated now as we need to update aadhar details as well as few important transactions as well.

Please note that i have tried with different browser as well like ie, chrome, mozilla.

I have a account in idbi bank. From last two year i am not using or no any transaction did. Now they sending me mab penalty charges of 5000 rs.

I am unable to pay this amount right now, i want to close this account at any cost. I talk with customer care of idbi bank regarding this issue.

They told me you have to pay your penalty amount after that we can close your account.

Please help...

There were 3 refunds initiated from paytm towards my idbi bank account. These three transactions were of 3901, 3070, and 1475 rupees respectively. But i didn't recieved the amount in my account. For this issue i contacted bank even i provided them the refund refrence number but still i am not getting any response from the bank. Plz help me on the issue.

I have 4mutual fund investments but 2 of birla sublife and dsp blackrock are not submitted from my account even the employess are not cooperating with me. The minimum balance charges levied and still being charged from last 3 years. No intimation given either in writing or thru email.
I request the bank to waive the penalty and to either covert the account into jan dhan or to close the said account without demanding the penalty.

The said amount cleared three different dates & 19 transactions done but i have received sms only 23/08/2017 & 6th transaction sms received. I have no sms received on dated 21/08/2017 & 22/08/2017....

I have done 3 imps transactions on 01/09/17. Three of them got canclled. I am trying for last one week it has no cash. How idbi is working there is no responsibility. First week is pay withdrawn time and there is no cash at the atm other atm is at distance of 2-3 km. Please try to deposit in mt home branch thane charai as soon as possible.in futur i will never use idbi bank for swift transfer.in western union money transfer can get within five minutes cash in india.
