Hi Sir,
My name is P Joseph Kiran s/o P Maraiah, R/o Hyderabad, would bring to you notice that, I have made lot many complaints in banking ombudsman in the year 2010 regarding the fraud happed in IDBI bank colluding with the builder. At that time BO has not taken any interest nor taken any action. I have filed a criminal complaint on the Bank and on the builder who sold the property in collusion with the bank bearing FIR No 64/2010 in which bank and builder has accepted all their guilt and charge sheet is filed on them with CC no 308/2017. In this police investigation IDBI has submitted their internal investigation report to the police, in which they have accepted their fault and lapses.

Actual Facts
Trusting IDBI bank and depending on the bank legal verification and valuation, I have purchased one flat in Hyderabad in the year 2009 November. But after 6 months I came to know that the flat owner (fake owner) and the builder (fake builder) in collusion with bank have sold the property to me by impersonating bogus owner. I have filed a criminal case against the bank and owners/builders in the year 2010 March. In the due course of the criminal case investigation done by the police now in 2017, bank has accepted and given in writing that there was a lapse in the legal verification, Technical verification and in valuation report given by the concerned bank panel. All the guilt acceptance of the bank in writing has submitted in the charge sheet filed in the criminal case.

Prior to purchasing of this 2009 year new flat, I have purchased one Independent house in the year 2005 in the same bank by following the same procedure, and I have been paying EMI for 2005 old house regularly.

In 2009 November, after this fake incident done by the bank in collusion with builder, bank started sending me SARFAESI notices for both the properties which I purchased in 2005(old property and paying EMI regularly) and 2009 (fake property, for which I stopped EMI), In counter, I have filed DRT case 246/2010 saying that I have been paying the EMI for 2005 property regularly, where in the new property which I purchased in 2009, for that I stopped paying EMI saying that it is a fake property, at that time DRT has given me stay on both the properties and asked me to pay 5L to the old property good property. But now after investigation in the criminal case, bank accepted the guilt and given the written statement all the lapses from the bank side in the charge sheet. But now after seeing this charge sheet, bank has sent me an OA notice only for good old property which I purchased in 2005.

Due to the above fake property in which bank involved, due to that property I have lost my job, lost money, peace, mental agony, I have to face lot many other cases, CIBIL record. These 7 years, I have to face other criminal cases, Police, CID investigation etc. It was my full time job roaming around the police stations, Courts etc till now. And still running around the cases and courts.

Now that bank and the builder have accepted and proved in writings. I have taken the Certified Copies from the court enclosed to this complaint. Please do justice for me and what are the possible ways that I can claim my damage lost job, lost money, lost peace, mental agony, case charges, roaming around the courts etc, totally I lost my complete life due to the bank negligence, there were few situations where in my family and myself were depressed and commit suicide.
The outstanding of my old property is around 12 lakhs only.

When i try to add new third party beneficiary, after entering my Trans. Password it is saying as follows:

how i clear this error! I want to add beneficiaries but it is saying the above said error.
please advice
Net banking mai password forgot password kiya..but kuch procedure nahi ho raha ..kase login karu mai..aur mobile banking ka bhi nahi ho raha.plz tell me the solution about net banking and Mobile banking

    idbi deep discount bond series 1-1992

    I had invested in one deep discount bond series 1 of 1992 series under regd folio no dd 00502152, certificate no 00600503, distinctive no[protected] with issue price rs 2700 and face value rs 100, 000 which is matured on 31st march 2017. I have sent an email and reminders to idbi nominated registrar (Einward. [protected]@karvy.com) but not getting any response.
    In the above circumstances, what is to be done & whom to be contacted for getting...

    Respected sir/ mam,

    I needed attested pan card copy and aadhar card copy for purpose of obtaining digital signature of my client. As digital signature authority (Sify) requires attested proof of pan card or aadhar card or voter id etc. From a banker/ gazzeted officer/ public notary. But, bank officials denied for the same. I requested them and shown the requirement details as available on the website of sify. But they said they will not attest anyhow.

    Date of incidence - 16.10.2017.

    Sir unfortunately my atm is blocked because I put password wrongly.how to open it. please unlock it. I have no money at all.

      I have linked my aadhaar[protected] with my bank account and my lpg distributor also. But according to ncpi (Aadhaar linking status in bank (As per npci : not submitted) not submitted. I have checked this multiple times with idbi bank and they have confirmed that aadhar number is updated in their records. So in effect i have linked aadhaar with my bank account, and its not updated from npci. Please help resolve this.

        मेरा सेलेरी अकाउंट IDBI bank की भीलवाड़ा ब्रांच में है। 03.10.2017 को सुबह 10.33 बजे गांधीनगर में लगे PNB के ATM पर केश निकालने गया था। खाते से 8000 रुपए डेबिट हो गए लेकिन मशीन से मुझे केश प्राप्त नहीं हुआ। मैं उसी दिन IDBI bank में शिकायत कर दी तब से मुझे लगातार चक्कर कटवाए जा रहै है। आज 12.10.2017 को भी दोपहर 12 बजे मै गया तो मुझे 21 .10.2017 को आने की कहा गया। इन दिनों में त्यौहार भी है और बहन की फीस भी जमा करानी है । मै परेशान हूं।

          Taken home loan with idbi on 2006 on floating rate of interst. It has been observed when rate of interest on gone up they collected the additional amount and the same has come down the rate interested un changed and they is no reduction in emi.

            account freeze for kyc

            There was no intimation given by bank that my account is going to freeze due to kyc. Already my aadhar card and pancard details are updated. At least before freezing the account bank official need to send any kind information. All my emi - ecs is going to returned. This is not a way to harass the customer. My customer id 3621506 hold a salary account in vashi branch navi mumbai. Really a pathetic bank. Even the bank employee are not polite...

                Dear team,

                Me & my wife both having account with idbi bank. Its very frequent that when i try to login to any of our account, it gives error like - "input data error".

                I am really frustrated now as we need to update aadhar details as well as few important transactions as well.

                Please note that i have tried with different browser as well like ie, chrome, mozilla.

                Please have this checked as early as possible.

                    I have a account in idbi bank. From last two year i am not using or no any transaction did. Now they sending me mab penalty charges of 5000 rs.

                    I am unable to pay this amount right now, i want to close this account at any cost. I talk with customer care of idbi bank regarding this issue.

                    They told me you have to pay your penalty amount after that we can close your account.

                    Please help

                      There were 3 refunds initiated from paytm towards my idbi bank account. These three transactions were of 3901, 3070, and 1475 rupees respectively. But i didn't recieved the amount in my account. For this issue i contacted bank even i provided them the refund refrence number but still i am not getting any response from the bank.                         I have 4mutual fund investments but 2 of birla sublife and dsp blackrock are not submitted from my account even the employess are not cooperating with me.                         I can not use net banking in one month than I open my net banking but not open show worng password than I go forgate password and give my all document but show unable to process request some time so help me

                            I have downloaded the app as suggested by idbi bank,
                            Whenever i put my id and mpin, it says, sorry for incovenience, restart,
                            Idbi bank mobile banking,
                            I have made several attempts, but the same thing appears,
                            I have deleted the app and re installed it too, but the same problem arises,
                            It is very discouraging as i am a big supporter of idbi bank in our hometown and state,
                            Please suggest me what i must do, your advice will be highly appreciated please help,

                              Idbi bank account no [protected] at goregaon branch, mumbai-400062 name: prateek h desai.

                              The minimum balance charges levied and still being charged from last 3 years. No intimation given either in writing or thru email.
                              I request the bank to waive the penalty and to either covert the account into jan dhan or to close the said account without demanding the penalty.

                              There has to limit of period after which the bank should have closed account or should have made dormant without any further delay.

                              This type of charges are unethical, anti consumer and bad in law.
                              I will be forced to approach the ministry of public grievance, ministry of finance and directorate of consumer affairs. I may also make it public thru electronic and print media.

                              I do hope that such a situation will arise and better sense will prevail and the charges be waived and refund the already debited amount

                              i have submitted my aadhar[protected] with idbi bank to seed my a/c number with aadhar. they have done so but i am not getting subsidy amount credited to my bank account..

                              because the bank a/c not yet linked to subsidy provider..

                              I have taken a educational loan from idbi bank, islampur during the period of[protected].I was paying the interest more than 4 years and I am still not getting subsidy from the bank. And my family income is less than 1 lakhs. So I want to get this benefit as early as possible.

Atm withdraw amount of the rs. 72, 044.17 on dated 21, 22 &23/08/2017 by unknown person at sharjahan, dubai. The said amount cleared three different dates & 19 transactions done but i have received sms only 23/08/2017 & 6th transaction sms received. I have no sms received on dated 21/08/2017 & 22/08/2017.

                                AS PER THE Royal Sundaram General Insurance co. limited

                                Has required information for that the SMS was not deliverd to me for the transaction that happened on 21.08.217 and 22.08.2017 and hence require a confirmation from the IDBI Bank that NO SMS was delivered to me the registered mobile number for transaction made on 21.08.2017 and 22.08.2017.
