IDBI Bank — amount wrongly withdrawn | |||
I am having an account with idbi, cherthala branch, alappuzha, kerala. I did a atm transaction from canara bank atm, kunnumpuram, fort kochi of rs. 10000/- but the transaction was declined and i received a slip. There was no message to my registered mobile no. On 21.10.2017 when i gave a cheque to their chullickal branch i came to know that an amount was withdrawn on 19.12.17. I filed a complaint on 23.12.17 yet now the amount is not credited I am having a loss of rs.2500/- from ksfe, cherthala due to delay in payment of my chitty.
