IDBI Bank — atm withdraw payment not received,but cash debited my account

This is to inform you that on 07th june 2019 time 03.12 pm i had withdrawn amount of Rs.5000/- from the Dena bank Atm at loni, Indapur, but i didn't get the money and the amount had deducted from my account .Kindly consider this as my request and do the needful as early as possible.
