JUly and Augest month ammount deducted ACH RTN charges Rs 590
every month deducted means how can i manage the funds

I started and payment is not done bcoz my ATM card was blocked the ach rtn charges of rs 590 are leived 3 times I request idbi to refund the deduction amount

ACH-RTN-CHARG-***** 590 rupees three times, 1770 ruppes are debited from my account in one day. I need refund and explanation for these deduction. It has been happen with me many times.

This is regarding my original property documents were got damaged by IDBI & it was informed just a day before for me in an email & this was informed only when I went to foreclosure of my account, else, I wouldn't have known.

I have taken mortgage loan from IDBI for my sister hospitalization in 2009, I have been regularly paying all the EMIs these many years and finally decided to close it off with the pending balance around 2.3L which I haven't paid yet.

During my first visit I met IDBI Ops Manager ( Hyd ) about the closure of the account, nothing has informed about the damaged of my original docs, just informed that they need 15 days time to get the docs from MUMBAI location.

after a day latter, I was informed that the original docs were partially damaged in the fire broke out in 2017 case. now, am not sure how to react to this. am going through mentally disturb with this situation

Kindly help me or suggest what all the documents should I need to take from IDBI to ensure that I can sell my property in future without any obstacles

Since i have not take any loan from you bank neither issued any cheque then also why ACH RTN chgs got deducted for 6 times from my account... request to please refund this wrongly deducted charges to me

From may 2022 to November 2022 IDBI Bank charge me 590/- per month total 2950/- /- Only one month I have insufficient balance in Bank Account for my LOAN. But bank charged me every month 590/-. and this month they charged me twice in a month. when I contact to my IDBI BANK branch (Shakespeare branch) they are not solved my problem.

I WANT MY MONEY REFUND which is deducted by bank without reason.

Availed home loan from Emi, Acc No: [protected]. Recently I have noticed that the ROI has been revised to 9.05%, which is itself too high.
On asking the following: Proper justification and Amortization schedule.
IDBI through sms is intimating me that further ROI os being increased with rise in tenure and interest amount. On asking for proposed ROI and future emi and ammortization schedule the following is the reply which I got:
Your ROI has been increased due to increase in REPO rate by RBI. You can do part payment or increase EMI as per your wish. They have not provided the ammortization schedule and emi amount even after 2 -3 reminders.
This is utter unprofessionalism displayed without reason. I want the details as a customer I have the right to know.

Refund my deducted amount Rs 590/- which is deducted from my account without my consent. Kindly do the needful

I don't know why is the charge leived over me and is deducted from my account without my consent. I request the bank kindly refund my deducted amount i.e rs590/-
