        With the current situation I Request IDBI to Refund The Deduction Amount.

        3 times deducted my 590 rs amount please refund this otherwise I will close my account

            I am requesting to idbi bank please kindly check my account I have paid all the loan and emi but still the bank is charge as ACH RTN Charge 590 many more times on account why. Please refund my all amount what's cut by as ACH RTN charges.i had put money in the bank they cut the name of ach RTN charge 590 please stop this charges.

                            Had a such a pathetic experience with IDBI Home Loan department. We have started the application as Home loan transfer. At initial stage they provided us the sanction letter without any foreclosure request from another bank. Without any foreclosure letter they sanctioned loan transfer amount less then foreclosure letter due to which they hold my home loan transfer and as per sanctioned letter they initiate the insurance on home loan means...

                            I got a message

                            IDBI Bank A/C NN01243 debited INR. 19.10 Det:Dirdb_RTN_CHG_040121_BAJAJ_FIN. Bal (incl. of chq in clg) INR. .00 as of 24MAY 16:50 hrs.

                            I do not have any pending EMI's. My loans are already completed.

                            Why the money has been deducted. I am sure if I put money on my account it will deduct whole 590.

                              I transferred 2 lakh from my IDBI account using IMPS through mobile app to HDFC Bank account today on 21st May. Even though app said transaction failed, still money got deducted from my account and did not get credited in target account also.
                              Now money is not available with me for further use. Requesting to help on this to get money back to my account ASAP.
                              Such incidents has happened in past also for many users. Please force bank to take corrective actions to prevent it further for other users also.
