      I had applied for rate reduction on my loans (3 loans). Their services are very poor and the solution is far from satisfactory. Hence I decided to transfer my loans to a different lender, where i could get better service and good interest rates. IDBI is dodging for more than a month now by not issuing me with my outstanding amount letter in spite of repeated requests.

        IDBI deducted 590 rupees as ACN RTN charges. I checked my apps, it shows all my emi’s are paid. I’m not sure why the deduction is done. I request IDBI to please refund my deduction amount.

        Again the deduction was made today. Idk why no one responds. Please do something about this matter. Who charges 500-600 bucks as service fee.

                    I am IDBI customer for last 15 years at your chembur branch near diamond garden.
                    Today there was not network. Hence I could not withdraw money. This happens often. It seems there is no redundancy in your network connection.
                    The service is so poor that the branch landline always keep ringing and excuse given is that the people are busy.

Please look into this matter. whenever I deposit any amount to this account ACH rtrn chrgs levied. Today 4 times ACH rtrn chrgs levied. Even on 2nd April this month my last ECS has been cleared and on 4th April again 590/- deducted as ACH rtrn chrgs. Please I humbly request you to look into it. Thanks
