I got a message

IDBI Bank A/C NN01243 debited INR. 19.10 Det:Dirdb_RTN_CHG_040121_BAJAJ_FIN. Bal (incl. of chq in clg) INR. .00 as of 24MAY 16:50 hrs.

I do not have any pending EMI's. My loans are already completed.

Why the money has been deducted. I am sure if I put money on my account it will deduct whole 590.

    I transferred 2 lakh from my IDBI account using IMPS through mobile app to HDFC Bank account today on 21st May. Even though app said transaction failed, still money got deducted from my account and did not get credited in target account also.
    Now money is not available with me for further use. Requesting to help on this to get money back to my account ASAP.
    Such incidents has happened in past also for many users. Please force bank to take corrective actions to prevent it further for other users also.

                I had applied for rate reduction on my loans (3 loans). Their services are very poor and the solution is far from satisfactory. Hence I decided to transfer my loans to a different lender, where i could get better service and good interest rates. IDBI is dodging for more than a month now by not issuing me with my outstanding amount letter in spite of repeated requests.

                  IDBI deducted 590 rupees as ACN RTN charges. I checked my apps, it shows all my emi’s are paid. I’m not sure why the deduction is done. I request IDBI to please refund my deduction amount.

                              I am IDBI customer for last 15 years at your chembur branch near diamond garden.
                              Today there was not network. Hence I could not withdraw money. This happens often. It seems there is no redundancy in your network connection.
                              The service is so poor that the branch landline always keep ringing and excuse given is that the people are busy.
