IDBI Bank Complaints & Reviews

I had applied for rate reduction on my loans (3 loans). Their services are very poor and the solution is far from satisfactory. Hence I decided to transfer my loans to a different lender, where i could get better service and good interest rates. IDBI is dodging for more than a month now by not issuing me with my outstanding amount letter in spite of repeated requests....

IDBI deducted 590 rupees as ACN RTN charges. I checked my apps, it shows all my emi’s are paid. I’m not sure why the deduction is done. I request IDBI to please refund my deduction amount.

I am IDBI customer for last 15 years at your chembur branch near diamond garden.
Today there was not network. Hence I could not withdraw money. This happens often. It seems there is no redundancy in your network connection.
The service is so poor that the branch landline always keep ringing and excuse given is that the people are busy.
